At the Boat House Restaurant Seafood Market, we don't just talk "fresh", we've actually designed it into our business. Our restaurant provides a consistent, high volume pipeline for fresh seafood products, allowing us to constantly rotate our inventory. Fresh product that is delivered in the morning, is in our fish cases mid-day, and sold in the restaurant, that evening. Supermarkets and ordinary fish markets don't have this advantage and must sit on inventory until it is sold (or gets old!).
